Therefore with a background in organizational psychology, I do the research on careers, personal development, and performance improvement, so I can share the information with my clients and coach them to put it into action in their lives.

I have been in management my entire adult life in numerous different industries. I bring that experience of working with people to motivate, challenge, and coach them to achieve what is important to them.
