Career vision: Coaching, connecting and motivating others to find their best selves through healthier living, increased mindfulness/interconnection and stronger intention/strategy.

Life/career/fitness coach: I've been a trusted voice since college on how to navigate life, careers, and fitness. I focus on getting into and moving up through school leadership/non-profits through networking strategy, resume/cover letter editing, and interviewing skills. Through my own fitness journey as an avid kickboxer, yogi, meditator and boot camp enthusiast, I have taught fitness/kickboxing classes for some time, and realized my passion for helping others get healthier.

Networking guru: I believe in the power of connecting with others to support, nurture, and develop our talents, with an eye towards expressing our best self. Want an intro to one of my connections? Happy to facilitate!

Talent shepherd: I've been a guider and director of talent for nearly 10 years, shepherding hundreds of candidates to become education leaders (from teachers through senior leadership). I currently work in Newark Public Schools, leading recruitment and selection for teachers, principals, school-based and central office leadership roles. Before that, I worked at New Leaders for seven years, leading national recruitment and admissions efforts for their Aspiring Principals Program.

Other things: I believe in giving back to others, as I've had many people help me to be where I am today. I am an active member of the NYU alumni community, currently serving as Vice-President of the NYU Alumni Association, co-founder of the Multicultural Alumni Group, chair of the Marketing and Communications committee, and a Young Alumni Leadership Circle patron. I co-developed a Multicultural Alumni Scholarship Fund for undergraduate students of color. I'm also a Highbridge Community Life Center board member, serving on their Program and Fundraising committees, and an iMentor volunteer.
