The recipient of a PhD in clinical hypnotherapy from Albert University, Ronald Cupp stands out as former owner and manager of three Positive Changes Hypnosis Centers in Northern California. At the company’s peak, the centers generated approximately $90,000 in revenue per location each month and employed more than 20 licensed clinical hypnotherapists. Ronald Cupp sold the company in 2008 before retiring.

In addition to his success in the mental health field, Ronald Cupp led a distinguished career in finance and construction. As head of Cupp Bros. Construction, he guided more than $30 million worth of San Francisco-area contracting projects for clients such as Wakefield Cushman, Fisher Development, and Hearst Corporation. His company also played an important role in rebuilding the region after the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake and the 1991 Oakland firestorm.

Mr. Cupp began his business career in 1981 by founding Success Unlimited Accounting & Tax Service, a firm that worked with more than 300 clients to negotiate tax payments to the IRS. Prior to this, he spent six years as a member of the Army Airborne Rangers, serving during the final years of the Vietnam conflict.
