Ronald Fan

It took over a decade of sitting behind a computer, but in 2012 Ron Fan quit his job at a multinational investment bank to pursue his ultimate passion: cooking.

Ron graduated top of his class at the French Culinary Institute, and is now working his way up the ranks in New York City fine dining.
