Customer Service, Operations, and Retail in Berea, Ohio

It’s Ultimately About People

Just like the city of Cleveland and its sports teams, I intend to return to a place of respect and value. I am reentering the workforce after some years away and it is a challenge—but I have remained in people-focused service roles over those years. I was even a Teacher’s Aide working with special needs students. Prior to that, I established a retail web presence to supplement the revenue of the collectibles store I managed in downtown Cleveland during the retail-challenging times of the Euclid Corridor Project. Solving challenges is something I excel at and I have a knack for catching and resolving issues ranging from procedural to mechanical. I did just that when I worked in Operations for Key Bank.

Considering my colleagues often complemented me for my creative problem solving and people skills, I’m looking for insight as to how I can best position myself for a role in customer service. I have always been inspired by Cleveland’s determined spirit, and I want to contribute to its come-back mission by offering my outstanding customer service skills.
