Ronald Kantor

With over twenty years of experience in all aspects of education, organizational development and learning, Dr. Ronald J. Kantor holds a doctorate in Education and Human Development from Vanderbilt University and an MFA in performance, design & communications from the School of The Art Institute of Chicago. After spending five years as a member of the Cognition and Technology Group at Vanderbilt, he served on the faculty of the University of Houston’s department of instructional technology and as a NASA faculty fellow at the Johnson Space Center. Invited to join Andersen Consulting shortly before it became Accenture, he spent seven years with them as a senior learning architect and design manager who was responsible for key components of Accenture’s internal core curriculum as well as performing on-going market intelligence and crafting “go to market” offerings in assessment/evaluation, application simulation and performance support. Recruited by Bank of America, Dr. Kantor left Accenture and joined the bank to manage the instructional design and development of all risk learning and compliance training. His team’s work was recognized by the Corporate Executive Learning Council (CELC) for their “innovative and best of breed” design of the bank’s compliance training. Breaking new ground in the development of innovative assessment strategies and evaluation techniques, Kantor became Bank of America’s leading evaluation and learning strategist and consulted learning leaders at the enterprise level and across the bank’s lines of business. Having spent a year at Fannie Mae, managing instructional design, development and maintenance for their underwriting curriculum, Ron is currently collaborating with ZeroedIn Technologies as a performance consultant and senior evaluation - learning strategist.
