Ronald Newman (Milestone)

The manager of Milestone Investment Properties, LLC, Ronald Newman currently oversees all aspects of the company from its base in Puyallup, Washington. Over the course of his career, Ron Newman has played key roles in developing, building, and selling more than 160 single-family homes.

The developments on which Mr. Newman has worked include Orchard Grove Phase 1, where he developed and sold 17 single family lots. Other accomplishments include Marastone Village, a townhome development with 28 residences that he helped to design and build. In addition, Mr. Newman designed, built, and sold 21 units at Greenwood Heights Townhomes, and he was responsible for shepherding the 64-unit Wynstone Townhomes project through the construction process.

In his spare time, Ronald Newman supports the Edgewood Bible Church and Seattle's Union Gospel Mission. He devotes time to reading the Bible and enjoys watching documentary films about history. An active community member, he is a fan of the Seattle Seahawks football team and has also coached little league football and basketball teams in the area.
