Ronald Parker

Motivational Speaker: Mr. Ronald V. Parker received his Bachelor Degree from Bellevue University. He has experience working with at risk youth. Ronald has been a motivational speaker for the past 20 years and has given more than 500 motivational speeches.

Mr. Parker has been a Student Counselor at Omaha North Senior High School for over 12 years and is the Project Direct of the Community Learning Center (C.L.C) 21st Century Grant. The C.L.C 21 Century Grant is the credit recovery and truancy abatement. This program allows students to recover credits that were lost or not completed during their freshman or sophomore year. The evolution of this program received the highest marks allowed in the Nebraska State Foster Parent Program.

The credit recovery program allows the student to graduate on time and it also allows the student to attend class before and after school to recover the credits. Ronald's duties include motivating students to attend school before and after school to achieve graduation. He also worked as the Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach at Omaha North Senior High School for the past 6 years.
