Practicing veterinarian for 45 years with special interest in surgery. Major speaker, writer, and consultant in the veterinary profession for more than 35 years. Published more than 350 articles for various veterinary publications. Full service veterinary hospital services with state of the art boarding facility. Have spayed/neutered more than 100,000 pets during career.

After learning information about the local animal shelter being overwhelmed with animals and forced to kill more than 600 during six weeks, immediately started an adoption program through the clinic and adopted more than 2000 kittens.

Also started a low cost spay/neuter program which was an instant success. The program has spayed/neutered more than 30,000 since it started with morbidity percentage far below the national average. A typical practice is doing 2-3 procedures/day. Here doing 25-30/day. All surgery requires anesthesia and every anesthesia even incurs risks.

Graduate from the Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine (1968-1972).

Likes Speaking at Veterinary Continuing Education Events, Fishing, Duck Hunting, Sporting Clay Shooting, Traveling, Aviation pilot with own doing Angel Flights taking sick children to hospitals etc.

Built 3 Habitat for Humanity Houses, Sole supporter of Kitten Adoption Program, supporter of local youth sports teams, sole supporter of low cost community service spay/neuter program, veterinarian for serval dog and cat rescue groups in the area, supporter of Christian Missionary Programs including donating cattle, pigs, & chickens in poor world countries.
