His 2007 partnership with Gino Blefari, CEO and founder of Intero Real Estate Services, proved fruitful when he opened the first Intero Real Estate Services office in Los Angeles County as the owner and Territory Chief Executive: A role in which he was responsible for opening and leading all new franchise offices throughout LA County.
