I'm Ron Casalotti, a social media professional since 1997. I've curated communities for 10 years on AOL as part of Community and Social Messaging (B2C); led the B2B user participation effort at BusinessWeek; and spearheaded social media from the PR/Communications department at Bloomberg L.P.

Currently I lead the social media and digital advertising areas at KPMG LLP where I'm responsible for social media policy, strategy and tactics; social media promotion both organic and paid to support the firm's thought leadership and personnel; internal awareness, education and training on leveraging social media for business development and business intelligence, as well as lead digital advertising which includes, SEM, native advertising and content advertising.

I am a specialist in leveraging social media to achieve business goals, content programming, blogging/micro-blogging, social networking and monetization.

An avid social media participant professionally and personally leveraging LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Slideshare, Pinterest, Google+; wikis and more to promote brands and increase user engagement. An excellent communicator, I am the voice of the customer and evangelist/educator of social media inside the organization,
