Ron Cowley

Neton Enterprises and its owner Ron Cowley operate a Canadian firm aiming to penetrating world’s markets for Israeli and Canadian firms, by increasing inventor’s share and keeping their commercial interests after the R&D; process. Neton Enterprises raises funds through private investors, investment banks and VC’S that though providing their monies to IP firms, the proceeds are deposited in Neton’s Enterprises accounts designated for the IP firms for supervision of the R&D; process and assuring that expenses are spent according to the agreed budgets. In addition this model keeps small and/or private investors from being diluted after providing small but high risks monies because of further investments that are usually required in more advanced stages. The IP firms and/or inventors are fully informed and affecting matters concerning professional and scientific issues, full commercial transparency and also relieving them from dealing with commercial and financial risks. However, Neton keeps most of sale’s turnovers for the IP firms by signing revenues and development (RAD) share agreements and hire them as special consultants for professional issues. It also allows inventors to enhance their IP’s worth before exit hence providing larger share in comparison to VC’s funds that invest directly in IP firms and/or other financial institutions. By collaborating with governmental institutions and associations, Neton Enterprises reduces risks per investor paying their returns from day 1 directly from sales generated by Neton and other subcontractors, keeping their share from dilution and exempting them from waiting long till receiving dividends as in cases of direct investments. When exit occurs either of the IP firm or Neton Enterprises marketing rights, the proceeds are divided according to each party’s share as written and agreed in the RAD agreement.
