I work with CEO's and Senior Executives to improve their strategic performance and thinking skills. As the former CEO of four different companies, I developed new ways for my executives to connect with our strategic intent. Other CEO's of very large companies asked me to do something similar with them, and my consulting practice was launched.

Over the past several years I've been providing thought leadership and pioneering the practice of thinking-based coaching for executives. I've also been successful in integrating these ideas into the architecture of leadership development programs for my clients.

I'm very visual and utilize that skill when developing mental models to help connect with others at the idea level. One thing I really enjoy about my work is spending time with really smart people.

After spending a number of years in senior HR positions with Xerox in Upstate New York, I moved to Tampa, Florida. I am a licensed USCG Captain and enjoy boating and deep sea fishing. I'm also an avid golfer and enjoy running, walking and biking. I also am a football fan, enjoy drawing and sketching, and like to read novels. While in New York, I taught Judo to migrant children and hold a blackbelt from the USJA. I served in the United States Marine Corps.
