I am a K-5 vice principal in Langley, British Columbia. My pedagogy revolves around reaching the heart and building off of strengths and passions. Make each person feel worthy of everything they do. A valued individual becomes an engaged one. An engaged person becomes a lover of knowledge. Where the heart is the mind will soon follow. Lovers of learning are lovers of life.
