Ron Dostal

At present, Ron Dostal serves as a Principal in the Los Angeles office of Deloitte Consulting LLP, the firm he has worked for since graduating from college. Now a leader in the Quality & Risk Management team, Dostal has utilized his expertise to collaborate with various public and private entities, advising them on business direction, cost management, and operational procedures. Ron Dostal also possesses considerable experience developing data management and other technological solutions. Ron Dostal has achieved several successes over the course of his career. Most recently, he spent more than a decade working predominantly with court systems and their key figures to streamline operations through technological measures. With Deloitte Consulting, Ron Dostal has also worked with judges, probation officers, and other individuals to standardize offense codes, manage case access over the web, and homogenize the design of various court documents. In this regard, he and his teams have gained experience with family law, criminal, and small claims cases, among others. Ron Dostal holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wabash College, where he studied English and mathematics. Later, he obtained a Master of Business Administration from Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business. When not working, he enjoys partaking in a variety of recreational and leisurely activities, including cycling, watching movies, and hiking. A sports enthusiast as well, he holds season tickets for Indianapolis Colts games and cheers on the Detroit Red Wings and the Detroit Tigers.
