Hey, I’m Ron Evander. I'm from Bohol but currently based in Cavite. A casual runner, full-time try-hard.

I’m not the fastest on the track—but I lace up anyway. Running started as a hobby and turned into something deeper: a personal challenge, a mental reset, a quiet kind of therapy. I’m not aiming for podiums (yet), but I show up, I sweat, and I chase my own progress—one step, one split, one finish line at a time.

I run for clarity, for discipline, for those rare moments when the mind and body move in sync.

Right now, I’m working on longer distances, smarter pacing, and just being a little better than I was yesterday.
