Ron Fossum was born in Anchorage Alaska and stayed until about age 15 when his family moved to Casper Wyoming, where he graduated high school in 1985. In 1992 he moved to the Seattle area, where at the age of 27, he married the love of his life, Sharon.

Ron started in the insurance industry in 1999 and within eight months became one of the top selling agents for Mutual of Omaha. He quickly expanded the practice to include all forms of Insurance, Investments, Tax Structuring, and Planning Services.

Since he had so much exposure to working with business owners, Ron has since owned companies ranging from:
