A Certified Trainer with ACA, Certified Professional in Learning and Performance Certification (CPLP) from ASTD and Curriculum Developer Engineer. I have a unique approach to how training should be both delivered and measured. I have been instrumental in growing a pure organic training department for major Call Centers as well as my own company. As a consultant, I thrive on showcasing a brand of training that allows for both collaboration as well as independent thinking. I believe that too often trainer’s horde knowledge rather than truly allowing their respective departments to be transparent. As a Director of Training and Development for the Collections industry, I try to stay on top of new ideas and concepts in training. I work hard to keep my trainers on the forefront of technology and pride our companies’ commitment to share the knowledge base. As someone who has many years of experience within Call Center Operations as well as Training and Developing, I have a unique understanding of a Call Center. I am able to see the ROI of training as well as the need for knowledge in operations.
