After leading a creative team for more than 3 years at Special Events Company and seeing many computer generated concepts come alive through our events team, my change of course only came naturally through a new- born passion "to lead on the floor". Being part of the upper management team, my job role extends to not only running and leading the events, but also communicating with clients on the marketing and sales levels. Today, my role as Events Director is to interpret what we show our clients on paper by bringing it to life and creating on the field the "wow factor". Leading the events and operations team whilst grooming and nurturing their skills is a must and a continuous goal. I lead my team in a fun spirited environment yet having an iron fist when the need arises. Attention to detail and always raising the bar is my primary focus.
