A 360˚ marketing alchemist of integrated media and e-commerce, Roni creates master strategies across all consumer touch points that connect target audiences to brands authentically.
After her MBA, she directed AirWalk Footwear global promotions, forming partnerships, plus 200+ events in music, sports & entertainment, one being the first corporate sponsorship of Lollapalooza.
For Pepsi, as youth marketing specialist, she worked on a new international music platform and first global promotion on the video music awards.
At Vans, she sought Warped Tour and Triple Crown Series alliance partners: Mountain Dew, Playstation, G-Shock, Ford, and Hansen Soda, a Warped Tour sponsor to this day.
In San Francisco, with Music Bank, Scout, and other dot-com/CPG startups, she built advertising and partnership models. Sony Pictures hired Roni to devise a dynamic viral campaign for “The Forsaken,” a pioneering Hollywood task.
She directed AOL creative campaigns, for world-leading big brands: Coca-Cola, Kodak, and GM. AOL still uses Roni’s platform, “You Write The Caption”, for advertisers; the first of many internal platforms able to be customized to sponsor’s needs, as this was for Diet Coke.
Converging traditional with tech led her to NYU's digital marketing program.
Meanwhile, her first big gig was SiggUSA, leveraging user content in the early social media days, to launch mysigg.com. Year one sales hit $1.2M, via viral and grassroots programs, web promotions and partnerships.
With Roni as Director, Sigg was a leader in design and eco-friendly niches, among Top 50 Innovative Marketers of 2007 by AdAge.
At Merrell Footwear, she oversaw social presence, seamlessly integrated with e-commerce and promotions teams, with growth from two to over 66,000 fans. Her success was similar for Boiron, Chrome Bags, Advance Auto Parts, Ola Loa.
Roni was hired by SPIRE luxury condos in Denver, to direct social, e-mail, off-line promotions, and event alliances. At onset, SPIRE was 20% full; when Roni passed the torch, SPIRE had a following of thousands and was 93% sold-out.
Concurrently, she equipped the e-commerce team at Duck Company, directing web dev/UX, SEM/SEO, and SMM. In 90 days, DuckCo met a 250% increase in subscribers and sales growth.
Living on Cali's central coast, she soaks up free time with yoga, the wine country, cuisine scene, and bonfires on the beach.
