Hi, I'm University of Michigan Alum '06. Moved to NYC to start my career as an advertising sales professional.

Six years later I started my own restaurant, Mrs. Dorsey's Kitchen. MDK is a grilled cheese bar serving America's favorite comfort food from various inspirations. MDK embraces the feeling of being at one's grandmother's house as a child, by recreating classic home-style grilled cheese sandwiches.

I truly believe you can do whatever you want to do in life. if you just make one step forward, it does not have to be a big step, just forward progress. If you have ideas, write them down...if you have dreams... chase them...just keep moving forward!
