AtDigitasLBi, through her mediaand D&I roles combined with herpassion towards cross-culturalmarketing, shehas facilitated dozens of cross-cultural learning, development and immersion sessions acrossNew YorkandChicago,featuring partners such as AOL, Complex,Out Magazine,TVOne,BET andESPN Deportes along with celebrities like Russell Simmons, Keri Hilson,IssaRae, MCLyteand Olympic Gold Medalist CullenJones.

In 2010 Ronnie was honored by the ADCOLOR Industry Coalition and named anindustry“Rising Star”. In 2013 the HarlemNew York YMCAselected andhonoredRonnie as a “Black Achiever in Industry”. In the same year, her peers in the DigitasLBi Chicago Media Capability honored her as their inaugural “Media Rock Star”. In 2014 she was recognized as a MAFA Master and Emerging Leader.
