Ronnie Tarchichi is an accomplished educator with a rich background in both academic achievement and professional leadership. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Education specializing in Special Education from Temple University in 2020, followed by a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Rowan University in 2016. His academic credentials are further bolstered by six master's degrees in diverse fields, including two from Rowan University—Learning Disabilities and Special Education—completed between 2015 and 2018. His earlier studies granted him a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from The College of New Jersey in 2011, a Master of Biomedical Science from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and a Master of Science in Biology from Rutgers University. His foundational academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Philosophy from West Virginia University in 2004.

Currently, since 2024, Ronnie Tarchichi has served as the Executive Director of Education and Principal at the Mary Dobbins School & Legacy Treatment Services in Hainesport, New Jersey. In this capacity, he manages the academic and therapeutic programming for students from fifth to twelfth grade, dedicating himself to fostering their emotional, intellectual, and behavioral growth. He holds dual roles as both the Chief School Administrator and Building Principal and is also the Learning Disability Teacher Consultant of the Child Study Team.

Before this role, from 2016 to 2024, he served as the Superintendent of Pennsauken Public School, managing a significant budget and pioneering over 20 career and technical education programs. These initiatives ranged from carpentry and automobile technology to culinary arts, enriching the curriculum and providing students with valuable practical skills. His leadership also led to the enhancement of athletic facilities, including the construction of a $7 million field house and the addition of several new sports teams, elevating the district's competitive profile.
