I specialize in residential sales and management on the Central Coast of California-San Luis Obispo County and Northern Santa Barbara County. PERSONALLY: I understand that it’s better to do business with someone you know, so here is a little bit about me:

I am locally born and raised in San Luis Obispo County. I graduated San Luis Obispo High School in 1982. My family has been here since the 1940’s and I love this beautiful area and enjoy sharing all that it has to offer.

I love music. I graduated from Musicians Institute (GIT) in Hollywood in the early 80’s and had the privilege of touring and performing music with other great musicians for nearly 15 years. Currently, my daughters play more than I do, but I still enjoy many great friendships that were created during my active years.

MY GOAL is to guide my clients through the real estate selling or buying process, whether it is their first home or an investment property.
