Ronny has over 30 years of professional and commercial experience in the financial service industry. His key strengths and area of expertise include Human Resource Management, Service Quality, Strategy, Retail Banking and Business Excellence. Ronny has worked in a number of markets including Pakistan and the UAE.

Ronny is a creative 'thinker' but with a unique ability to get 'hands on' and lead from within the team. In addition to seeing things in a highly process centric view and ensuring alignment between strategy and its execution with "shareholder value creation" always being the primary objective.

In addition Ronny has successfully delivered on various consulting and training assignments in Pakistan, where he developed and implemented strategy and operating business plans for a bank in Pakistan. Ronny has held several senior functional positions in banks including Director Human Resources, Director Service Quality and Head Retail Banking.
