Ron Peercy

A Boomer, I was born in the shadow of Purdue Universtity and grew up in rural Indiana. Oldest of three boys, I tried college at Indiana University Bloomington, endured two years of partying before I decided to try to "settle down" by enlisting in the Air Force. San Antonio then Denver, where I met my first wife, Louise; then Dover AFB, and finally Grand Forks AFB. Back to Delaware as a civilian trying several fields before U of Delaware Newark. I had an Identity/emotional crisis which led to breakup..met Maryanne who became my second wife in 1978 Graduated BSHR, first-born Todd came in Sept '79, moved to Charlotte in 1980 to be warmer, nearer Forrest & Peg. Problems in 1983 caused breakup. Met Jane who became 3rd wife in 1984. Moved to Tampa in 1985 to be warmer, nearer Dick & Jojo. Son Zachary born Feb '85 and Matthew born June '86. Once again, severe problems with the relationship resulted in breakup in '96. Met Bonnie and believed I finally had found the right partner. We married in '98, moved to E Tennessee in Aug 2001, just 12 days before 9/11. We are still together and I have a great marriage and three wonderful sons. Todd is studying to become a Math/Science teacher and is married to the lovely Jessica, they live in Murfreesboro, TN, we see them as often as we can. Zach is a 3rd degree Black Belt and Navy submariner, stationed in HI. Matt is studying to become a Firefighter, is engaged to the lovely Candace and living in Pinellas County FL. Bonnie and I are still loving living the foothills of the Great Smokies.
