Hey there, I’m khathing a.k.a. Ron. I’m a small business owner living in New Delhi, India. I just launched Youthfi, a p2p start up, connecting jobs for underprivileged youths from North East India in Delhi this April 2016 in partnership with two professional friends of mine, sharing the same passion to help the community in economic empowerment. Non-employment is a critical challenge for every Indian family. Most of the North East youths looking for jobs in Delhi do not have good educational background. A lot of them are drop outs. They all need a stable income, but to do that they need a job. There are massive job opportunities in Delhi across industries and categories. All we do is link a job with the job seeker and the job provider through p2p platform. This is where Youthfi comes into the picture.

Youthfi motto is quite direct and simple: "Building society one job at a time."

We are in the process of developing app in collaboration with some smart guys from India IT hub, Bangalore for digital access to job opportunities.
