Ron Rogers
I was raised in Klamath Falls, OR, graduated from Henley High School and attended Oregon Institute of Technology. After many years in retail, I started my own contracting business and became one of the largest businesses of that type in the Willamette Valley, and operated successfully for over 6 years. My wife and I decided that we wanted to raise our son and daughter where we grew up - Klamath Falls, and I took a relocation opportunity to make Real Estate my career. I like to help people fulfill their dreams and I am willing to go the extra mile. I want to help you find your next home. With my energy and your dreams that need fulfilling, we will make an awesome team. I closed 2.1 million dollars in sales and 20 units in 2002, which is something most agents don't achieve in their first year. Since then I have accomplished closing 3.4 million dollars in sales and 35 units in 2003, 3.8 million dollars in sales and 34 units in 2004, and 5.4 million dollars in sales and 45 units in 2005. Call me! I want to help you find the property just waiting for you, be it commercial, residential, investment, farm and ranch, or new construction. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: I coached wrestling for 4 years at Lebanon High School and I have coached the youth wrestling and high school in Klamath Falls as well as a youth soccer team for 6 seasons. HOBBIES: I enjoy camping and fishing with my family. Klamath County has many great trout streams and there are salmon and steel head rivers close by that have both summer and winter runs. I also like to explore mountain trails either by horseback or on foot. I take pleasure in many of the outdoor activities that Klamath Falls has to offer from boating, hunting, and biking in the warmer months to snowmobiling and skiing during the winter months. EDUCATION: I attended one of the top Real Estate Schools in Oregon and passed the Real Estate Licensing exam in April 2001. I have been with Coldwell Banker Holman Premiere Realty, Inc. since May 2001. PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS: I have earned my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation which requires a higher level of achievement and education focusing on representation, marketing, and negotiating. CRS is considered the PhD. of real estate. I was the 2010 Oregon CRS Chapter President.
