Ron Sandack is a dedicated legal professional with nearly two decades of experience to his name. Located in Chicago, he is a partner at Gaido & Fintzen. He holds a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, as well as a B.A. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Ron Sandack has held a lifelong interest in politics and along with his highly successful law career, he has held positions as Commissioner and Mayor of the Village of Downers Grove, State Senator and State Representative. He has received certificates from the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals Seventh Circuit and the Illinois State Bar.
As law and politics are passions of Ron Sandack, he is very vocal about political issues that are relevant to his community and the state of Illinois. While always enjoying being active in politics, Ron made his hobby official in the early 2000’s when he began to serve on the Downers Grove Liquor Commission and was elected as Village Commissioner. In this role, he served on a variety of committees and would act as a liaison to the liquor and parking commissions. In 2007, Ron Sandack was elected as the Mayor of Downer’s Grove.
Ron Sandack was appointed to State Senator and elected twice as State Representative while continuing his career as a practicing attorney and defending the rights of his client in court. Ron cares deeply about the policy and governing of his home state of Illinois. Although he is now retired from his political positions, he still stays active in his community and up-to-date on current legislation.
