Ron Schaeffer

Hi, my name is Ron Schaeffer. I was born and raised in Mississippi, but I now reside in western North Carolina. The past three years I have worked as Chef and Kitchen Manager for Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy, a high performing charter school in North Carolina, where I orchestrate planning and operations for the junior high and high school food service program. I am currently enrolled at Mississippi State University in the Technology Teacher Education Program. My vision is to teach and mentor young people and to use my experience to help prepare them for careers in technology and business. I enjoy helping others pursue their dreams and reach their potential. My personal hobbies and interests include cycling, astronomy, gardening and listening to music.
