Ron Yarbrough has been a Mortgage Planner for the past 15 years and has spent 14 of those years as a member of the FirsTrust Mortgage Planning Team. He became a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS ) ® in November of 2006. In March of 2012 he joined BOKF, NA, aka Bank of Kansas City as a mortgage planner From the very beginning, Ron has understood that a mortgage can be used as a financial tool and has always looked out for his clients’ best interests. He prides himself in providing all his clients the proper advice concerning a mortgage and the tax efficiencies that go along with it. In addition, Ron always tells the “Truth” to his clients and his prospective clients, even if it is not what they want to hear at the moment. In Ron’s professional opinion, the performance of his client’s mortgage is as important as their ability to purchase a home. Will it build goodwill and better friendships? 4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned? Ron has been happily married for 24 years and lives in Gardner, Kansas with this wife Linda. Ron and Linda have two grown children. When he’s not working, Ron enjoys participating in local community events, playing poker, traveling and experiencing new adventures.
