Rooibos Blush

Rooibos extract is manufactured using a soft extraction technique where tea plant material is submerged in water and percolated to extract the polyphenol antioxidants. After extraction, the tea plant material is separated from the liquid extract and the extract is filtered through microfiltration to ensure a sterile extract. After microfiltration the liquid is concentrated and spray dried into a free-flowing water-soluble powder.
