This is a really great oportunity to rent a good size double room in the heart of the town centre! My house is very nice, its location is probably the best in Reading, its 5 minutes from the oracle, 8 minutes from the station, there is a tesco express just up the road for those daily essentials! If you want to see more photos please just ask. Ok so who am i looking for? Well, you really need to be a professional person who likes to live in a clean and tidy house, not shy about doing the washing up when you have just cooked or giving the house a weekly clean! For me my home is somewhere i like to relax and chill, when i close my front door i know ive left the hectic busy outside world behind and dont need to face it again until i open it and walk outside! In a long winded way im probably looking for someone who has a similiar attitide and isnt going to be a real wild card, isnt going to be introducing me to their latest conquest every saturday and sunday morning or having there mates coming and going like its a drop in centre! The house is available for viewing now, the only catch is im looking for someone to move in within next 2 weeks! However if you think youll be the perfect house mate then i could wait a little longer but anyone wanting to move in 6-8 weeks tome forget it! Thats too long to wait, yes even for you!! There is no parking with this property, so if you own a car or plan on getting one this property is not for you!!
