Rorisang Maruatona is an accomplished specialist in educational psychology, inclusive education , entrepreneur, and creative visionary. He holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology and Inclusive Education, with his research dissertation titled “Exploring Socioeconomic Factors that Impede the Academic Performance of Learners in Rural Public Schools.”

He began his academic journey at the University of Johannesburg (2018–2023), where he completed his Bachelor of Education in English and Neurodevelopmental Learning Support, and continues to contribute meaningfully to the field of education and learner support.

Rorisang is the Founder and Director of AFRIC4NUS (Pty) Ltd (2016–Present), a company dedicated to empowering investors and communities by creating diverse portfolios that drive generational wealth. In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, he co-founded ARU HOLDINGS alongside his mother, Kganya Maruatona. ARU HOLDINGS hosts several divisions, including:

• Arudemia (academic services and learner support),
• ARUCATER (catering services),
• and other enterprises that seek to uplift and empower communities through practical solutions.
  

A passionate creative, Rorisang is also deeply involved in the arts and music, consistently supporting and mentoring emerging artists. In his leisure time, he enjoys cycling and playing basketball for fun.

Rorisang is the proud grandson of the legendary Eskia Mphahlele, whose influence continues to shape his intellectual pursuits and social contributions. Like his grandfather, he is committed to affirming the African identity, advocating for the continent’s rightful place in global narratives, and driving African-centred educational and cultural discourse.
