Hello! I’m Rory, the designer and blogger behind Creative Type A, an individually run design and branding studio for entrepreneurs and creative types. I have over 10 years of design experience, including four years of identity and web development for start-ups and creative businesses. I’m passionate about many things, and love working with like-minded people that are doing what they loveto bring something fresh to the world and inspire a change for good.

I’ve been a creative type ever since I was little. I remember being devastated my first year of middle school, having to choose between music or art class because I couldn’t take both. In 2011 I left the 9-5 grind to start my own creative design studio, and jumped into the big wide world of self-employment. I quickly found that my passions lied in helping other entrepreneurs create a professional looking brand without breaking the bank.

Fast forward to 2015, I have worked with clients from all over the world, and helped small to medium sized business make a stand out brand, from custom logos, printed materials, stationery, social media marketing, WordPress and e-commerce web design, and much more.
