Starting as a Loan Officer at Olympic Home Mortgage, Mrs. Karanasos gained valuable experience in the complex arena of property financing. She also worked as a Real Estate Sales Agent at Value Lane Realty. After several years of developing her skills, Rosa Karanasos started her own real estate finance firm, Hamilton Equity and Associates Corporation, in Elmont, New York. For almost 10 years, she brokered deals between lenders and borrowers. During this time, Rosa Karanasos acquired many skills that gave her a competitive edge in the market. In addition to possessing practical experience selling homes, Mrs. Karanasos also developed an expertise for evaluating the economic viability of loan terms through detailed credit analysis and an ability to construct loans favorable to the borrower while minimizing lender risk. Currently, in addition to her distribution work with Nu Skin, Rosa Karanasos works as a Sales Manager for title insurance Agency InterAmerican Abstract, Ltd., where she continues to provide top-tier service and receive praise and gratitude from clients in the greater New York area.
