Hey everyone I'm Olivia, This is what has worked for me to lose 130 plus pound. I have fought with my weight my whole life. Exercise to me was grabbing the remote. On average I have always been around 300 pounds. I started my weight loss journey 4/13/09 weighing in at 370 pounds I can give you all the excusses in the world. I was injured from a car accident and having my youngest. I joined weight watchers, I followed the program and lost 20 quickly and then I got bored and bounced for 6 weeks.. I stopped lying to myself I started walking 1 hour a day I was spot on with food people heard ALOT I love you but I'm NOT eating that I learned to put myself first I then realized I could take care of everyone once I was taken care of. Lifestyle change.. I losted 85, 70 pounds before but the lifestyle change is what I lacked. Portion control lost 105 pound in a year I then tried Hip hop abs but with my back I got through 1 workout an I was finsihed then. then I found TurboJam seeing the commerical several times.. I went for it and LOVED it. then on facebook I saw the chatter about ChaLEAN Extreme (265-270 pounds) could I do it. did I pass the fitness test.. not so much but did I let it stop me NO!!! I did my first round and lost 25 - 30 pounds and 36inches. Have lost about 10 since. I also done TurboFire with my CLX. I done 2 months of P90X but the back was getting out of place! My next adventure is going to be 10 minute trainer for my husband brad! I been in the 230 for 11 months now and you know its okay I have been this size ever really but its been 20 years I have went dont 10 sizes 5x to a l or xl!! Keep pushing through you can do anything you put your mind to! You JUST have to WANT it bad ENOUGH! Hi every one. I'm Olivia I have lost a total of 135 pounds and trying to step the trend!
