Dr. Rosalind Y. Lewis Tompkins is an internationally recognized Hopeologist®, author, speaker, apostolic leader, and transformational coach dedicated to helping individuals and communities overcome adversity through the life-changing power of hope, faith, and purpose.
As the Founder and President of Mothers In Crisis, Inc., a nonprofit organization serving individuals and families since 1991, Dr. Tompkins has impacted tens of thousands of lives through advocacy, outreach, empowerment, and compassionate care. She is also the founder of Hopeologist® Academy, creator of the Practice of Hopeology, and visionary behind the National/International Month of Hope, established to inspire a global culture of hope.
A proud alumna of Florida State University, Dr. Tompkins holds degrees in social work, divinity, and humanities. Her remarkable journey—from addiction and brokenness to healing, purpose, and global influence—has made her a powerful voice of resilience and restoration.
