My amazing career has moved from PR/Marketing to now being a hypnotherapist and also working for charities, speaking out for the marginalised and saving lives, one at a time. I love to write for business and pleasure and regard myself as a 'sensible maverick'.

I am a certified Marisa Peer hypnotherapist and in addition a certified Marisa Peer Weight Loss Practitioner with an understanding of diet and eating issues. I am also an NLP Business Practitioner.

I met Marisa 21 years ago when I was handling the PR for American motivational guru Tony Robbins. I ran a multi award-winning PR agency in London at the time whose clients included many of the world’s leading personal development coaches including Brandon Bays, Robert Holden and Edward de Bono. This gave me an excellent understanding into human behavior.

I have worked for a leading UK Business Development Consultancy and as a marketing and communications director and consultant, latterly in the International and domestic charity sector.

As a BA English Graduate, member of the British Association of Journalists, University lecturer and highly empathetic communicator I understand the power of words and I understand the power of the brain and how our thoughts affect our behavior. These skills have been honed as a Master Practitioner for Marisa Peer. It's a great journey!
