Rosa María Gallego Fernández

Hi, I'm Rosa María Gallego, I've been working as a cook in my own restaurant for 15 years, in a town in Seville called Constantina.
Four years ago I decided to train because although I had the experience I did not have a degree.
I started doing Cooking and Gastronomy and this last year I finished Kitchen Management.
My goal is to be a cooking teacher, since, on this journey, I have loved the work of my teachers and they are the ones who motivated me to continue with my training.
The free time I have to do the master's degree is from 5 in the afternoon except Wednesday when I have the whole day.
