Rosann Santos
Life Coach, Public Speaker, and Philanthropist in New York
Born and raised in the Bronx to Dominican parents, Rosann is the Director of Alumni Engagement at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. She has worked in higher education for over 25 years in the areas of Student Affairs, Residence Life, Greek Life, Enrollment Management, Advancement and Alumni Engagement.
Rosann enjoys coaching her clients by using their strengths to move them forward. Her exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish allow her to stand out above the crowd. She empowers, enlightens, and emboldens audiences and clients to view themselves and others from a strengths-based lens rather than a deficit lens.
She is especially proud of her role in the “Sandwich Generation” – caring for her mother and teenage son. She has lost over 100 pounds and kept it off for over 8 years. Finally, she was the lead fundraiser in successfully soliciting over $100,000 toward a scholarship endowment for her alma mater during the pandemic.
