Rosanna Bancheri

Besides being a devoted mother, Rosanna Bancheri has worked as an office manager at Kingsway Paving & Interlocking Ltd., a family-owned paving company, for over twenty-two years.

Kingsway Paving is one of the leading residential and commercial paving contractors in Toronto. With twenty-five years of experience in the industry, and with experience in paving everything from driveways to commercial parking lots, Kingsway offers a range of paving options to its clients, including asphalt paving, as well as what’s called interlocking paving. Interlocking paving uses interlocking stones to create a custom-look finish and is a favorite for residential driveways and walkways. Besides walkways and driveways, Kingsway Paving is also highly experienced in paving patios and decks, and even tennis courts.

As the office manager for Kingsway Paving, Rosanna is responsible for a wide range of tasks related to the ongoing management of Kingsway’s daily business needs. As a customer contact point for the company, Rosanna is responsible in assuring that client matters are addressed in a timely and efficient manner, and by the correct staff member too. More importantly, Rosanna is the voice of Kingsway, answering a large portion of client calls for the company, as well as addressing a portion of initial customer inquiries. Thus, when a client has an urgent matter that needs to be addressed or in the unlikely event of a client complaint, it is oftentimes Rosanna who is the first person to receive notice of the client matter. And it is a testament to Rosanna’s composure and professionalism that all clients come away feeling secure and confident in Kingsway’s professionalism and ability as a contractor.

Over the twenty-two years that Rosanna has been with Kingsway Paving, she has gained an invaluable amount of industry knowledge, and as a result, she is at times the one who visits customer homes and responds to initial client questions pertaining to the paving project or projects they have in mind. This initial outreach visit is key for Kingsway Paving to maintain the high level of customer service they have become known for, and Rosanna is at the heart of it.
