Rosanna is responsible for internal and external HE&R communications spanning all divisions. She is responsible for all eMarketing and branding initiatives and works directly with Corporate Communications, eMarketing, product marketing and sales company wide.

Because of the broad scope of her work, Rosanna has proven skills at partnering with cross functional stakeholders to help define and build the marketing communications strategy and tactics required to drive market growth and revenue. Rosanna demonstrates expert knowledge and skills in media mix, emerging touch points, design of tools, collateral and content marketing for customer segments

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage and execute strategic communication plans that take into consideration both the goals of an individual initiative as well as divisional/corporate objectives.
  • Manage and ensure consistency in the Boston Scientific and GuidePoint brand.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, both internal and external, serving as primary liaison between customer and Boston Scientific programs.
  • Communicate proactively to all levels of management and all stakeholders, managing expectations, timelines and logistics.
  • Identify, partner with, and manage appropriate resources (i.e., vendor relationships, other internal departments, etc.) to ensure that communication plans meet objectives.
  • Develop and maintain budgets while ensuring cost saving measures; accountable for implications on general business management.
  • Evaluate program impact and reassess objectives and outcomes; responsible for continuous improvement of the communication plan.
  • Keep abreast of industry standards and trends as related to responsibilities, and communicate information to the organization.
  • Position self as "go to" person within the department for marketing communications/strategy consultation.
