Rose Anding

Rose “Maria McCarthy” Anding was born January 15, 1938 in rural Magnolia, Mississippi. She is a wife, mother, stepmother, grandmother, great grandmother minister, teacher, elder, counselor, and chaplaincy. Evangelist, Author, of “High Heels Honeyed Lips and White Powder, her Memories, published in 2010 explains how falling in love with Jesus saved her life.She has lived in Chicago, Washington, D.C., and North Carolina.

Her ultimate goal is to please god and serve her gifts to others.

Rose Marie McCarthy Anding’s Education: Presently enrolled in DMin program at George Fox University, with a Dissertation focus on Leadership Factors, work in progress.

Earned degrees: Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling: Addictions and Recovery ,Masters of Art in Religion, Major; Evangelism & Church Planting;, MDV-Chaplaincy.

Also possesses Honorary Doctorate of Divinity, a BS Degree in Computer Science and a minor in Accounting / Marketing

She is a retired consultant for the federal government and in the areas of designing, management, financial and inventory systems. She spent several years as an up level manager with the Boeing and McDonnell Douglass Aircraft Corporations setting up various projects. One of her major assignments as project manager; was with the US Postal Service doing ongoing analysis and implementation of the Zip code system which involved the last four digits of the zip code.

Other experience includes: loan broker, sales manager of an apartment complex, owned / operated a retail store, business consultant and setting up business entities. She has written business plans, loan packages, grant proposals, and set up 501c (3) tax status and has taught countless individuals on how to get started…stepping into their vision.

Ministry Assignment: Early and Lettie Simmons foundation for Humanity is a non-profit 501c (3) faith based organization formed in 2007 in the State of Mississippi , founder and visionary, of the model ministry of the Restoration City.
