Roxy Waters has lead a charmed life – perhaps not in any traditional sense.

You know that anyone who was adopted on Hallowe’en is sure to raise a little hell. After a successful career in sales, where Roxy was regularly a top producer, economic changes presented her the opportunity to re-evaluate her career direction. From an early age, Roxy was an independent, entrepreneurial spirit.

After a life altering journey of self-discovery to Egypt, Roxy found a new appreciation and realization that she could affect positive change. Upon her return to Canada she launched her career as a Change Catalyst. Realizing a need for professional development based on self-awareness as well as skills training, she launched Success Vision. Through her innovative model of coaching, Roxy has been responsible for facilitating change in the lives and careers of hundreds of people.

Today, Roxy is an integral part of her community. Actively volunteering on the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce’s Membership Committee, she has facilitated workshops for the Niagara Folk Arts Councils’ Crossroads Program and was the past Director of the Defyeneurs St. Catharines TANK.

Roxy’s clients regularly experience transformative shifts in both their personal and professional lives. It’s not uncommon to see an increase in productivity of 50 – 75% and increased clarity thereby permitting the reclamation of time. As a coach, Roxy achieves these results through the simple application and facilitation of co-created systems and processes uniquely designed for each client’s needs.

Roxy is a passionate lifelong Niagara resident and operates her Success Vision from
St. Catharines. To maintain a high quality, results oriented experience, the first step to working with Roxy is a preliminary “Discovery” Phone Consultation to ensure the right fit. Subsequently, a custom plan is developed that meets the client’s needs and requirements.
