I was born in upstate New York but grew up in North Carolina with my four sisters and brother. I got my B.A. in Economics from Wake Forest and then my J.D. from Hofstra University. The year after passing the bar I married my love, Aisha Riaz-Rose. Two years later I went out on my own as an attorney and have been practicing as a partner in my own firm since. Last year we gave birth to our first child.
Presently, I litigate employment law cases on my own through The Rose Law Group, PLLC and as of counsel to the firm Phillips & Associates.
