Rose Jonathan is a Nigeria based writer and public speaker. She is the founder of Rosian Republic, an online coaching class where young people are coached through value-based teachings to live the best of their lives.
She holds a B.A Hons. in Mass Communication from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, a certificate on Digital Marketing from Google Skills for Africa and a certificate on Broadcast Programme Production from the National Broadcast Academy, Lagos Nigeria, among others.
Rose Jonathan is a social entrepreneur who has held different human empowerment programmes to source fund and help the indigent. This she does by utilizing social media to campaign for causes she loves.
In 2018, she initiated a social media campaign to sponsor indigent students in Aba, Abia State, Nigeria; a programme which succeeded greatly, leading to the sponsorship of 25 students.
In 2019, she took it further by organizing a school tour for career sensitization of secondary school children also in Aba. During the tour, she introduced the 5point agenda, a move to explain the place of purpose, personality, problems, people and passion in choosing a career.
She has coached about 40 young people and recently concluded a training session in Public Speaking and Presentation.
Rose served as the lead rapporteur for the 2019 International Youth Day and the moderator for the 2019 International Human Rights Day in Enugu state, Nigeria.
She is a member of YALI, Connected Development (Follow the money), Acumen Fellowship and Y2Y COVID-19 Avengers.
Rose is skilled in copy and creative writing, content creation, digital marketing, emotional Intelligence, public speaking, corporate event hosting and broadcast programme production. She also has amateur skills in graphics designing and is gradually venturing into entrepreneurship and sale of digital products.
She is a strong supporter of human rights, a diehard volunteer and a believer who believes that change will come when citizens begin to take up responsibility for their lives and be the government they truly desire.
Rose loves volunteering, coaching, writing, networking and when she's not doing these, she enjoys Korean series with her family.
