Rosemarie Sioco Aviles
Licensed Psychometrician | Certified Human Resource Associate | Cum Laude – BS Psychology
Mondriaan Aura College, Class of 2022–2023
I am a licensed Psychometrician and Civil Service eligible under PD 907, a privilege granted to honor graduates. To strengthen my HR foundation, I completed an 18-hour training on HR Payroll and Government Compliances at EZACC Training Academy in February 2024 and earned the Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) credential in March 2024. I also maintain active membership in the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP).
I have over five years of combined administrative and compliance experience in academic and health-related institutions. From January to May 2025, I worked as a Private Sector Engagement Notification Officer (PSENO) with the Philippine Coalition Against Tuberculosis (PhilCAT), field-based in Olongapo City and remotely supervised from Quezon City. I monitored 20 private health facilities to ensure compliance with the Department of Health’s TB case reporting protocols. I conducted ITIS system orientations, validated TB case data, facilitated provider incentives through RxPASS, and coordinated closely with DOH and city health offices—resulting in a 30% increase in private sector data compliance.
Previously, I served as Quality Compliance and Documentation Officer for the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP)-certified Approved Training Organization (ATO) at Mondriaan Aura College (Sep 2023–Nov 2024). I improved operational processes, managed regulatory documents, and supported interdepartmental collaboration. I prepared detailed compliance reports for the College President and worked closely with the Quality and Accountable Managers.
My foundation was built through four years as an Administrative Scholar, supporting the Student Affairs Office and Records Department. I handled student records, processed transcripts and certificates, helped manage CHED applications, and supported enrollment, graduation, and institutional events.
With a strong background in psychology, compliance, and administrative operations, I am committed to supporting organizational growth, ensuring quality standards, and fostering people-centered practices in the workplace.
