I like to find solutions. Sometimes I can see how all the pieces fit together almost immediately. Sometimes it can take a little while. It's all about asking the better question.

I like to explore possibilities. Just because we did it one way last year, doesn't mean we need to do it that way this year. Nor does it mean we need to change. It's all about finding what is best for now.

I like to learn. There always seems to be something new to discover, even if I've heard the information before. It's all about stepping beyond last time and listening from today.
