About Me

I’m Rosen I help small and medium-sized businesses across Northern Bulgaria access European funding and turn digital and green transformation into practical, everyday tools. As an EU Project Expert at the Bulgarian SME Promotion Agency (BSMEPA / ИАНМСП), I work on "The North in Growth" project — delivering hands-on advisory services to SMEs in the Veliko Tarnovo and Gabrovo regions. My Master's in Clinical and Applied Psychology gives me a strong foundation in change management and strategic communication.
